- Deposit of 20% with confirmation of Safari
- Balance is payable the day before departure
- Cancellation: 120 days prior to Safari - Full refund of deposit
- Less than 90 days - 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 30 days - no refund of deposit
- Deposits may be transferred to alternative date
- Payments by bank transfers, traveler's cheques or cash only
- Fees payable on animals bagged or wounded
- All wounded (blood drawn) animals must be paid for in full
- A minimum of 2.5% will be added to invoice for Tips & Gratuities for the staff.
Clients will at all times HUNT AT THEIR OWN RISK and will be required to sign an indemnity form. |
